A base of pale and light crystal malts provides a delicate toasted cracker foundation, fermented exceptionally clean with a pilsner yeast strain. The sensory profile is dominated by a pungent medley of dank resin, fresh pine, and vibrant citrus hop notes, reflecting a bold departure from traditional herbal aromatics. Despite its elevated strength, it maintains a crisp, lean structure with a sharp, lingering bitterness. This lager is defined by its smooth transition from grainy sweetness to a resinous, refreshingly dry finish that highlights its West Coast pedigree.

Appearance. Brilliant straw to deep yellow in color (3-4 SRM); pours with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop character featuring prominent notes of resinous pine, grapefruit citrus, and a hint of dank earthiness. Low grainy-sweet malt presence with subtle toasted cracker and honey nuances from the light crystal malt. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or phenols.
