This American IPA, marketed as a 'Mountain IPA,' delivers a rugged sensory profile defined by its bold hop selection. The aromatic journey is led by Bru-1 and Vic Secret, providing intense layers of ripe pineapple and passion fruit, while Citra adds a sharp citrus edge. Cashmere contributes nuanced notes of melon and lemon zest, softening the resinous pine character. A clean, supporting malt backbone ensures the focus remains on the hops, leading to a firm, lingering bitterness. It finishes dry and crisp, perfectly capturing a modern, fruit-forward profile with the punchy character expected of a classic mountain-inspired brew.

Appearance. Medium gold with a slight, crystalline haze. It supports a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring distinct notes of pineapple, grapefruit, and passion fruit. A subtle herbal and melon quality is present, supported by a low, clean, grainy maltiness. Fermentation is clean with very low esters.

Taste. High hop flavor echoing the aroma with tropical fruit, citrus, and a hint of resinous pine. The malt character is low and grainy-sweet, providing a platform for the firm, medium-high bitterness. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a hoppy, bitter aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is medium-high, and the beer is free of any harshness or astringency with a very light, smooth alcohol presence.
