Camp Ivanhoe is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases an expressive hop profile of Mosaic, El Dorado, and Vic Secret. It opens with an intense sensory bouquet of ripe mango and juicy pineapple, transitioning into zesty citrus and subtle stone fruit layers. A soft, pillowy body provides a velvety canvas for the natural hop sweetness, while a restrained hint of pine adds depth to the finish. This 6.5% brew balances high fruit intensity with a smooth, approachable bitterness, capturing the quintessential juicy character through expert late-hopping and a meticulously crafted malt base that supports rather than competes with the tropical aromatic explosion.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (3-6 SRM) with a characteristic opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. It supports a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring dominant notes of mango, pineapple, and citrus zest. A clean, bready, and lightly grainy malt presence sits in the background, complemented by neutral fermentation esters that enhance the tropical hop profile without adding clashing yeast character.

Taste. Explodes with tropical fruit flavors, specifically ripe mango and pineapple, followed by orange citrus and peach. The malt is low, offering a soft bready backbone. Perceived bitterness is moderate but feels integrated and soft. The finish is off-dry and pillowy, with a lingering fruit-skin aftertaste and a touch of resinous pine.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate. It exhibits light alcohol warmth suitable for 6.5%, remaining smooth and avoiding any harshness or raw starch astringency.
