This contemporary American IPA offers a lush sensory experience centered on a vibrant hop quartet of Enigma, Simcoe, Azacca, and El Dorado. The aroma is highly expressive, leading with ripe peach, pineapple, and zesty citrus notes underpinned by a subtle piney resin. On the palate, the hop intensity remains high, delivering layers of tropical fruit and stone fruit flavors supported by a clean, grainy malt backbone. Though it maintains the signature moderate bitterness of the style, the soft and full-bodied base provides a smooth, rounded mouthfeel that balances the hop-forward profile, finishing with a lingering, fruity brightness.

Appearance. Medium gold to light amber (7-9 SRM). Pours with a persistent, off-white, creamy head that leaves decorative lacing. Clarity is mostly clear with a soft, luminous quality.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of ripe peach, mango, and passionfruit, with secondary accents of zesty orange and a touch of pine. Low, clean, bready malt sweetness provides a foundational support. Fermentation is clean with very low yeast-derived esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with high-impact tropical mango, peach, and citrus zest. The malt flavor is low but provides a light toasted bread character.
