Aroma. Low to moderate intensity. Clean fermentation profile with a soft, grainy-sweet malt presence. Subtle floral and spicy notes from German Lager hops are noticeable but secondary to the malt. No significant esters are present despite the top-fermented nature.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and dry. Malt flavors are low and neutral, reminiscent of fresh grain or light crackers. Hop flavor is moderately low, showcasing herbal and spicy German hop characteristics. Bitterness is low, providing just enough balance to prevent a sweet finish without lingering. The aftertaste is clean, short, and refreshing.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation that creates a noticeable carbonic bite on the tongue. Alcohol warmth is negligible. Smooth and refreshing with no astringency.
