Back On Track: Again is a vibrant Hazy IPA that exemplifies a juicy, fruit-forward profile with intensified sensory layers. It presents an intense aromatic bouquet dominated by lush peach and succulent apricot, characteristic of its stone-fruit emphasis. The palate is defined by a soft, pillowy body that carries these fruit notes over a subtle, bready malt backbone. Appearance. SRM 4. Pale gold and significantly hazy, bordering on opaque with a characteristic luminous shine. Supports a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of ripe peach and apricot take center stage. Background notes of tropical mango and sweet citrus are supported by a low, neutral, bready malt character. Clean fermentation profile with no hop-derived grassiness.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma's peach and apricot notes. Malt flavor is low and grainy, providing a soft foundation. Low perceived bitterness that is smooth and non-lingering.
