Appearance. SRM 5-7; pours a hazy, opaque pale orange with soft pinkish hues. The white head is moderately thick but dissipates quickly into a thin ring, showing light lacing due to the fruit solids.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of musky Pink Guava and fleshy, ripe Mango. A distinct, cool scent of freshly sliced Cucumber provides a refreshing counterpoint. The fermentation character is clean and lactic, resembling Greek yogurt, with no perceptible hop aroma or acetic funk.
