Appearance. Pale golden to light blonde (SRM 4–6). Displays a moderately large, frothy white head with excellent retention and fine lacing. Clarity is brilliant.
Aroma. Moderately high hop intensity featuring distinct Citra character: prominent mango, passionfruit, and bright grapefruit zest. Low, neutral grainy-sweet maltiness provides a supportive background. Clean fermentation profile with very low fruity esters and no diacetyl.
