Malbygg Bjössi Bolla is an indulgent Imperial Stout that masterfully integrates the essence of Icelandic Kókosbolla into a massive, high-gravity framework. The sensory experience is dominated by an intense aromatic profile of dark chocolate, espresso, and distinct toasted coconut, underpinned by soft vanilla and marshmallow notes from the confectionery addition. On the palate, a lush, velvety body carries deep layers of roasted malt and bittersweet cocoa, balanced by a firm bitterness that prevents the decadent sweetness from becoming cloying. The eleven-percent alcohol provides a smooth, integrated warmth that enhances the complex, pastry-like finish, leaving a lingering impression of dark fruit and toasted grain.

Appearance. Opaque jet black (40+ SRM). Boasts a dense, persistent dark tan head with excellent retention and thick lacing. High viscosity is evident through visible legs on the glass.
