Situa is a vibrant Hazy IPA that leads with an intense, multifaceted hop profile. Mosaic provides signature notes of ripe blueberry and mango, while Ekuanot adds layers of lime zest and papaya. Centennial introduces a classic floral and pine needle lift that brightens the bouquet, beautifully contrasted by the unique pink grapefruit and sage-like herbal nuances of Talus. The sensory experience is defined by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and a juice-forward palate, supported by a subtle, bready malt presence. It concludes with a restrained bitterness and an off-dry finish, epitomizing the approachable, fruit-driven character of the New England tradition.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (SRM 3–7) with a distinct, opaque haze that gives the liquid a luminous quality. It is topped by a dense, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
