This Belgian Tripel opens with a sophisticated malty greeting, showcasing a depth often found in traditional Flemish interpretations. Subtle notes of honey and sun-dried fruits harmonize with a vibrant bouquet of peppery phenols and citrusy esters, characteristic of its expressive yeast profile. Despite its substantial strength, the palate remains remarkably elegant, transitioning from its initial richness into a crisp, impeccably dry finish.
