At 5.7% ABV, it sits slightly above the standard strength, offering enhanced depth. The sensory journey is led by a complex grist featuring Chocolate malt and traditional Brown malt, providing rich notes of toasted biscuit, milk chocolate, and sweet toffee. Subtle earthy hop aromas provide a grounded counterpoint to the malt-forward core. Fermentation esters contribute a light dark-fruit character, while the finish remains clean and balanced, avoiding any harsh burnt qualities, instead favoring a smooth, lingering nutty sweetness and mild roasted complexity.
