This Hazy IPA presents an intense, juice-forward experience defined by a double dry-hop addition of Mosaic, Azacca, and Chinook. The sensory profile is dominated by a tropical punch of ripe mango and pineapple from the Azacca, balanced by the blueberry and earthy citrus notes of Mosaic. Chinook provides a subtle piney backbeat that keeps the fruit-forward sweetness in check. A soft, pillowy malt base offers a neutral bready foundation, allowing the complex hop oils to shimmer. The finish is smooth and off-dry, leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit salad and soft citrus zest without any harsh bitterness.

Appearance. Pale gold to light amber (4-7 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that provides a characteristic shine. Supports a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a tropical medley of mango, papaya, and tangerine. Mosaic contributes complex notes of dark berries and rose petals, while Chinook adds a whisper of resinous pine. The malt character is clean and bready with no caramel or toast presence.

Taste. Explosive hop flavors of stone fruit and citrus zest take center stage. Azacca provides a juicy pineapple core, supported by the signature blueberry and earthy complexity of Mosaic. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft, full body. The finish is clean and fruity with a pleasant, lingering pithy aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, rounded, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. It feels smooth on the palate with no astringency or hop burn, accompanied by a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
