This English IPA presents a robust sensory profile, blending traditional British structure with a vibrant hop presence. An aromatic bouquet of citrus-orange and floral notes arises from the use of Citra and Cascade, while Columbus adds a subtle peppery depth. The malt backbone, featuring a foundation of Pale Ale malt enriched by Special B and Cristal, provides a complex layer of toasted bread, dark fruit, and light caramel sweetness. This richness balances a firm bitterness and the gentle warmth of its 6.7% ABV. It finishes dry and hoppy, reflecting a classic export-strength character with modern aromatic intensity.
Appearance. Pales orange to deep amber (10-14 SRM). Features a dense, persistent off-white head with good lacing. Generally clear, though high hopping levels may lend a very slight haze.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Pronounced citrus-orange and floral notes from Citra and Cascade are balanced by a spicy, resinous Columbus character.
