This vibrant Hazy IPA bursts with an intense, juice-forward tropical and citrus showcase driven by a heavy double dry-hopping of Cryo Citra, Chinook, and Simcoe. Cryo Citra delivers wave after wave of ripe mango, sweet mandarin orange, and passion fruit, while Simcoe adds layers of bright passion fruit and a whispering hint of earthy pine. Chinook grounds the profile with a classic, refreshing grapefruit rind zest and a subtle resinous complexity. It pours a luminous, opaque yellow-gold with a pillowy white head, leading to a velvety-soft, pillowy mouthfeel and a smooth, low-bitterness finish that keeps the massive hop fruitiness remarkably drinkable.

Appearance. Luminous, hazy straw to pale gold (SRM 4-5). Dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and beautiful, sticky lacing. Substantial, opaque haze with a glowing shine, completely free of large particulate matter or yeast clumps.

Aroma. High to very high intensity. Dominant tropical and citrus notes of sweet mango, passion fruit, fresh-squeezed orange, and grapefruit pulp, backed by a subtle, clean resinous pine. Low, clean, bready, and slightly doughy malt aroma in the background. Neutral to slightly fruity esters; clean, with no buttery diacetyl or harsh green hop burn.

Taste. Immediate explosion of tropical juice and citrus. Malt flavor is low, supporting with a bready, oat-like sweetness. High to very high hop flavors of ripe mango, guava, tangerine, and soft pine. Low-medium, soft, and unobtrusive bitterness, well-masked by the soft body. Clean fermentation profile with supportive tropical fruit esters. Off-dry, smooth, and juice-like finish with a lingering soft fruitiness and absolutely no harsh, scratchy hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, very soft, pillowy, and smooth body. Moderate carbonation. Minimal to no warmth, reflecting a well-integrated 6.3% ABV. Highly velvety, non-astringent, free of chalkiness or raw starch texture.

Sensory Profile.
