Carajaula #1 is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures an immediate sense of freshness. The assertive dry-hopping with Citra and Mosaic leads the charge, saturating the senses with a lush bouquet of mango, pink grapefruit, and tropical passion fruit. Beneath this intense hop profile, a soft, bready malt foundation provides a supportive structure without distracting from the fruit-forward character. Despite the signature New England IPA opacity, it maintains a refined amargor that balances the juicy sweetness. The result is a smooth, exceptionally drinkable experience where the interplay of citrus and stone fruit lingers through a clean, velvety finish.
