This French Cider presents a refined yet rustic farmhouse character, crafted from five varieties of traditional Normandy cider apples. The sensory experience opens with a clean, orchard-fresh bouquet that balances ripe, bittersweet apple skins with a distinctively earthy, farmhouse funk inherited from its small-batch heritage. On the palate, it delivers an extra-dry profile where bright acidity meets structural tannins, providing a sophisticated depth without cloying sweetness.
