This American IPA presents a striking molten copper hue, signaling a robust sensory journey. Dominated by a bold dry-hopping regimen featuring Ahtanum and Cascade, the profile bursts with an aromatic bouquet of red berries and bright citrus. On the palate, the hop character intensifies, delivering layers of wild berries and grapefruit zest alongside a subtle, stone-fruit hint of plums. Appearance. Copper color (12-14 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent notes of grapefruit, floral blossoms, and a distinct red berry sweetness. Low clean, bready maltiness provides a supportive base; fermentation profile is clean with very light ester character.

Taste. Immediate hop explosion of wild berries and citrus. Low to medium-low clean, grainy maltiness with a light toasty edge. High hop bitterness that is firm but round. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste and a hint of plums.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, round texture. Medium-high carbonation. No harshness or astringency, with a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
