This sophisticated Weizenbock offers a bold reinterpretation of traditional Bavarian wheat beer, delivering a complex sensory profile that balances robust maltiness with adventurous highlights. The expressive house yeast generates signature aromas of ripe banana and pungent clove, which are intricately layered with unique notes of tart cassis and exotic oriental spices. A deep, bready grain bill provides a sturdy foundation for the elevated alcohol presence. On the palate, the interplay of dark fruit esters and a subtle, increased hop influence leads to a lingering, refined finish, making for an intense and wild interpretation of the style that remains rooted in tradition.

Appearance. Deep amber with copper highlights and a persistent, hazy appearance from the wheat and yeast. It features a very thick, mousse-like, long-lasting off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity with medium-high malty richness featuring bready and grainy wheat notes. Distinctive yeast-derived esters of banana and phenolic clove are prominent, accented by unique cassis fruitiness and a bouquet of oriental spices. Hop aroma is very low to none.
