This refreshing Witbier showcases the unique character of Scottish grown heritage wheat, providing a soft, bready foundation with whispers of honey and vanilla. Fermented with a traditional witbier yeast, the profile is defined by bright zesty orange and cracked coriander spice. Subtle floral and earthy notes from English hops provide a gentle structure without overshadowing the delicate spice blend. Very pale and invitingly hazy, it delivers a crisp, effervescent experience. The finish is remarkably clean and dry, making it an ideal sessionable wheat ale that balances rustic grain complexity with vibrant Belgian-inspired yeast esters.

Appearance. Pale straw (3 SRM) and very cloudy with a milky, whitish-yellow shine. Features a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a bready, grainy malt profile from the heritage wheat. Fragrant notes of lemony coriander and zesty orange peel dominate, complemented by light honey and vanilla esters. Low earthy and floral English hop aromatics are present in the background.

Taste. Pleasant grainy and bready malt flavor with a touch of honeyed sweetness. Moderate citrusy orange and herbal-spicy coriander flavors are well-balanced. English hops provide a low bitterness that supports a refreshingly crisp, dry finish without any harsh aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, light creaminess. High carbonation provides an effervescent, lively character. Very refreshing and clean with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
