This Kölsch offers an elegant, nuanced experience defined by its traditional lagered profile. The foundation of German Pilsner malt delivers a low, grainy-sweetness that provides a soft, bready canvas for the subtle aromatics. Noble hops impart a delicate floral and spicy character, harmonizing with a faint apple and pear fruitiness derived from the specialized German yeast.
