This light and refreshing American Pale Ale presents a modern twist on the style through its use of distinct English hop varieties. The sensory profile is defined by a bright interplay of Admiral, Harlequin, and Ernest hops, delivering layers of sweet apricot, peach, and subtle tropical pineapple against a clean Pale malt backdrop. Poured pale golden, it offers a crisp, hop-forward experience where the citrusy resin of Admiral meets the stone fruit depth of Ernest. Harlequin adds a delicate tropical flair, ensuring the finish is fruity yet dry. It is a balanced, sessionable ale that highlights the evolving character of New World-style hopping.

Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 5 SRM). Moderately large, white head with good retention and fine lacing. Generally clear.

Aroma. Moderate to moderately-high intensity. Hop character features pronounced stone fruit (apricot, peach), citrus (orange peel), and light tropical notes (pineapple). Malt character is low and neutral, exhibiting a grainy to slightly bready quality. Fermentation is clean with very low optional fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward, dominated by stone fruit and citrus. Low supportive grainy-sweet malt flavor allows the hop complexity to shine. Hop bitterness is moderate and firm, balancing the finish. Mid-palate highlights Admiral's herbal resin and Harlequin's tropical nuances. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with lingering apricot and orange flavors without harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. Overall smooth finish with no alcohol warmth and no astringency.
