Somos una Empresa Familiar que nos dedicamos a la elaboración Cerveza Artesana. Comenzamos con pequeñas producciones caseras hasta que, tras años de ensayos y de estudio, nos lanzamos a esta aventura, tratando de convertir nuestra afición en una decisiva forma de vida. Además, nos reintentamos cada día mejorando nuestras recetas y ofreciendo el mejor producto posible.
Todo comienza a finales de 2012, cuando comenzamos fantasear con la idea de crear nuestra propia cerveza.
A principios de 2013 comenzamos a planear la hoja de ruta y a preparar lotes a pequeña escala hasta alcanzar una calidad con la que estamos satisfechos.
No es hasta Septiembre de 2013 cuando comienza nuestra comercializacion al publico, con 2 variedades de cerveza, la Pilsner y Rokai (APA). Desde entonces hemos ampliado la familia con 3 tipos:Weisbier (cerveza de Trigo), Psycho-tropic(californian pale ale) y Heisenbier (doble IPA).
Esto no acaba aqui, ya que en nuestro afan de mejorar siempre estamos probando con nuevas recetas para que tu las saborees.
