Doomsday Warlock is a formidable Quadruple IPA that reinterprets the Double IPA framework using a sophisticated European hop profile. The sensory experience is defined by the unique interplay of Polish Marynka, French Teorem, and German WetHOP Hallertau Cascade and Mandarina Bavaria. These hops contribute layers of elegant floral, spicy, and woody nuances, while the WetHOP process imparts a vibrant, fresh-cut grass and raw resin character. Bright citrus notes of kumquat and orange emerge from the Mandarina Bavaria, supported by a lean, clean malt bill of IPA Malt and Pale 2-Row. At 12% ABV, it delivers a powerful yet smooth warmth with a characteristically dry finish.
Appearance.Gold (6 SRM). Large, persistent white head with significant lacing. Generally clear, though a slight haze is present due to the extreme hop loading and high alcohol concentration.

Clean, neutral grainy malt in the background. Fresh, green, resinous hop character is noticeable. Low to moderate alcohol note that is clean and not solventy.
Taste.Strong hop flavor echoing the aroma: spicy, floral, and herbal woodiness. Significant fruitiness, specifically Mandarina Bavaria-driven orange and kumquat. Bitterness is high and firm but lacks harshness. Soft, supportive pale malt character with very low sweetness. Extremely dry and clean finish with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste.
