Appearance. Brilliant, crystalline dark brown to light coffee color with deep copper reflections. Features a dense, unctuous, and highly persistent tan head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by rich toasted malt, featuring notes of toasted bread crust, licorice, and coffee. Subtle hints of caramel and wood are present, alongside a faint floral hop character and a very clean fermentation profile.
