Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and bright. Flavors of orange peel, pine needles, and resin mirror the aroma. Bitterness is moderate and firm but well-integrated. The finish is clean and dry with a lingering citrus aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, lively moderate-to-high carbonation. Despite the gluten-free grain bill, it retains a smooth texture without astringency. Alcohol warmth is non-existent at this sessionable strength.
