The specific blend of Amarillo, Citra, Equinox, Galaxy, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops creates a sensory profile defined by ripe tropical fruits, citrus zest, and a hint of resinous pine. Underpinning this aromatic intensity is a soft, supportive grain bill featuring Golden Promise and Imperial malts, which provide a clean, slightly bready foundation. A touch of Crystal T50 adds subtle depth without cloying sweetness. Brisk and remarkably drinkable, it balances a restrained bitterness with a lush, fruit-forward finish that emphasizes hop saturation.
Appearance. Pours a medium gold (SRM 7-8) with a slight haze. Topped by a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and light lacing.
