Dairyfreak Raspberry Juice:Ons nieuwste samenwerkingsbier is met de Huddersfield-instelling Dixons, makers van unieke en heerlijke 'Milk Ices' sinds 1961. Als eerbetoon aan deze favoriete lokale lekkernij gebruiken we Golden Promise, Crystal en Carafa mouten om lichte moutigheid en kleur toe te voegen en Pinhead Oats en Oat Malt worden vervolgens gebruikt om een soepel en fluweelzacht lichaam te geven. We hebben vervolgens Lactose melksuiker toegevoegd voor de fermentatie en een beetje premium Madagascan Vanilla voor een nostalgisch zoete en melkachtige smaak. Net als de Milk Ice is het een Taste of Its Own!

Magic Rock Brewing:Een van de meest gestelde vragen tijdens evenementen is: 'Waarom Magic Rock? Waar komt de naam vandaan?'
Toen Rich Burhouse en Stuart Ross in 2010 de brouwerij aan het plannen waren, bestond er nooit twijfel over de vraag waar de brouwerijactiviteiten moesten worden gevestigd. Rich had het geluk dat het familiebedrijf waar hij op dat moment werkte, een ongebruikt bijgebouw had dat met een beetje fantasie en de juiste vergunningen gebruikt kon worden om een kleine brouwerij te huisvesten.
Rich dacht ongeveer 3 maanden na over hoe hij de brouwerij moest noemen, terwijl hij zijn hersens pijnigde voor iets origineels. In die tijd was hij geobsedeerd door Amerikaans ambachtelijk bier, de eigenaardige namen en branding die ermee gepaard gingen. Eerst en vooral wilde hij een naam kiezen die ongewoon en gedenkwaardig was voor nieuwe klanten. Hij wilde ook niet zomaar een naam verzinnen, die moest een basis hebben in de realiteit en iets persoonlijks voor hem betekenen.
Dus waarom Magic Rock? Het familiebedrijf waar Rich in werkte, werd opgericht in de jaren zestig en is een importeur en groothandel in kristallen, mineralen, halfedelstenen sieraden en natuurlijke geschenken. Als je ooit de kust hebt bezocht en bent lastiggevallen door je kinderen, neefjes en/of nichtjes om een zakje dwaas goud of een ketting van fossielen of edelstenen te kopen, is de kans groot dat het afkomstig is van het familiebedrijf.
