This Wild Specialty Beer presents a vivid, multi-layered sensory experience driven by a complex blend of strawberry, peach, and blackcurrant. The initial aroma is a bright burst of jammy red and dark fruits, underpinned by the unmistakable sweet, vanilla-laden scent of marshmallow and buttery cookies. Despite its wild fermentation origins, the profile leans heavily into a pastry-inspired indulgence where the tartness of the blackcurrant provides a necessary counterpoint to the rich, doughy sweetness. The high starting gravity leaves a luscious, velvety texture that coats the palate, allowing the stone fruit and berry flavors to linger long into a smooth, dessert-like finish.
