Magic Road’s The Riddle is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases the distinct synergy of Sultana and Contessa hops. The sensory experience is led by an intense bouquet of ripe pineapple and oily resin from the Sultana, woven through with the delicate floral, light pear, and green tea nuances of Contessa. Despite its 18° Plato starting gravity, the beer maintains a lean, neutral malt profile that avoids heavy sweetness. A firm, clean bitterness defines the palate, supporting bright tropical flavors before finishing crisp and dry. At 7.5% ABV, it offers a smooth, well-integrated warmth that enhances its overall drinkability.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange-copper with good clarity. Features a moderate-sized, persistent white head with consistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, resinous pine, and citrus from Sultana, complemented by floral and spicy herbal accents from Contessa. Clean, grainy malt in the background.
