The sensory experience is defined by a bright, lactic tartness that harmonizes perfectly with the exotic, tangy fruit profile. The addition of Dead Sea Salt provides a distinct, mouthwatering minerality that rounds out the palate without becoming overtly salty. Supported by a soft, doughy wheat base, the beer finishes crisp and remarkably refreshing. The interplay between the sharp acidity of the passionfruit and the saline finish creates a layered, effervescent profile that balances tropical intensity with a bone-dry, savory edge.
Appearance. 3-4 SRM. Pale yellow with a slight golden-orange hue from the fruit. Moderate to full haze with a tall, frothy white head that shows good retention and fine, tight bubbles.
Aroma. High intensity of fresh, tropical passionfruit and tangy citrus. Low doughy wheat malt character and a clean, sharp lactic sourness. A subtle mineral note from the sea salt is present, while hop aroma and esters are absent.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tart passionfruit followed by a medium-low bready malt flavor. Noticeable lactic sourness and a clear but restrained Dead Sea Salt character provide a savory, mouthwatering counterpoint to the fruit. No hop flavor or bitterness. The finish is bone-dry and highly refreshing with a lingering tropical acidity.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high, effervescent carbonation. The salt provides a distinct tingly, mouthwatering quality and a slightly rounded texture. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated.
