Strong Beliefs is a bold Double IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop trio of Strata, Contessa, and Idaho Gem against a clean, 8.2% ABV foundation. The sensory experience is led by an intense rush of tropical passionfruit and sweet strawberry from the Strata, balanced by the elegant floral and light pear notes of Contessa. Idaho Gem adds a distinct layer of red berry and stone fruit complexity. Despite its strength, the beer maintains high drinkability with a lean malt profile and a sharp, resinous bitterness that ensures a dry, lingering finish characteristic of the style.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (7–9 SRM) with good clarity. Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with fine-textured lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma dominated by tropical passionfruit, strawberry, and red cherry. Subtle floral and spicy undertones emerge alongside a clean, neutral grainy malt background. Very light, clean alcohol presence; no significant fermentation esters.

Taste. High hop bitterness is immediate but lacks harshness. Flavors of citrus, stone fruit, and a unique berry candy sweetness from the Idaho Gem and Strata hops are prominent. A soft, unobtrusive malt character supports the heavy hop saturation. Finishes dry with a long, hoppy, and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, round texture. Moderate-high carbonation provides a crisp edge, while a restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
