Appearance. Pale gold to orange-yellow (6–9 SRM) with a persistent, heavy haze from fruit solids and lemongrass oils. The white head is moderately tall but shows low retention, typical of fruited sours and beers containing oily coconut.
Aroma. High intensity. Upfront notes of juicy mango and sweet tangerine dominate, followed by a sharp, citrusy lime punch. Mid-aroma reveals herbal lemongrass and a spicy ginger zing. Underlying this is a clean lactic sourness and subtle, earthy funk that provides depth without overshadowing the adjuncts. Minimal malt or hop aroma.
Taste. The initial impression is a bright, tart burst of lime and mango. Mid-palate, the ginger provides a subtle heat that complements the herbal lemongrass.
