This Gose pours with a vibrant haze, capturing the essence of sun-ripened orchards through its heavy infusion of peach and apricot. The aroma is a bright collision of stone fruit esters and the zesty, citrusy snap of coriander. On the palate, a crisp lactic acidity provides a tart foundation that elevates the juicy flavors of the fruit additions, while a subtle salinity provides a savory, mouthwatering counterpoint. The bready Pilsner and wheat malt base remains supportive but lean, leading into a refreshing, effervescent finish that strips away any residual sweetness, living up to its non-pastry designation.

Appearance. Deep yellow with a persistent, moderate to full haze from fruit solids and wheat malts. Topped by a moderate white head with good retention and fine carbonation beads.

Aroma. High intensity stone fruit aromas of fresh peach and apricot skins dominate. Beneath the fruit lies a sharp, clean lactic sourness and a light doughy malt character. A delicate, lemony coriander note and a faint hint of sea salt provide aromatic complexity.

Taste. Initial impression is a bright, refreshing tartness followed immediately by succulent peach and apricot flavors. A moderate doughy malt backbone provides structure without cloying sweetness.
