This imposing American Stout delivers an aggressive sensory experience, dominated by its 11% ABV and a massive infusion of Habanero Chocolate peppers. The profile opens with a deep, roasted core of bittersweet chocolate and espresso, characteristic of heavy dark malt use. This is immediately challenged by the pungent, earthy aromatics and significant capsaicin heat of the peppers, which weave through resinous hop notes. The palate is full-bodied and viscous, balancing roasted bitterness with a lingering, building spice. It is a bold, warming beer where the savory fruitiness of the Habanero Chocolate perfectly complements the charred grain and dry finish.

Appearance. 40 SRM, jet black and opaque. Features a large, persistent head of light brown foam with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity roast with notes of coffee beans and dark chocolate. Prominent earthy and floral pepper spice from the Habanero Chocolate. Medium resinous hop character and light fruity esters with noticeable alcohol.
