This Hazy IPA presents an intense, multi-layered bouquet driven by a potent blend of Talus, Mosaic, and Citra hops. The initial impression is a wave of tropical mango and pink grapefruit, underpinned by the unique rose petal and sage-like accents of Talus. Mosaic contributes deep notes of ripe blueberry and passionfruit, while Citra brightens the profile with zesty lime and peach. On the palate, the hop-forward character is supported by a soft, bready malt base, resulting in a juicy experience with restrained bitterness. A creamy, substantial mouthfeel leads to a smooth, fruit-lingering finish, perfectly capturing the style's signature approachable complexity.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold with an opaque, hazy shine. It features a persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with dominant notes of mango, passionfruit, lime, and pink grapefruit. Unique floral and herbal undertones suggest rose and sage. The malt is clean and bready in the background with no caramel or toast character.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavors of peach, blueberry, and citrus zest. Low to medium-high bitterness that is smooth and never harsh. Low bready malt flavor supports the hops, leading to an off-dry, juice-like finish with lingering fruit esters.
