This Fruited Gose presents a vibrant sensory interplay, where the bright acidity of the base beer meets the lush sweetness of cherries and grapes. A moderate lactobacillus-driven tartness highlights the red fruit character, while a restrained addition of sea salt and coriander provides a savory, citrusy counterpoint. The malt presence is subtly doughy, derived from a blend of wheat and pilsner malts, supporting the fruit without overshadowing it. Effervescent and crisp, it finishes bone-dry with a lingering hint of stone fruit and a refreshing, mouthwatering saline quality, making it an exceptionally balanced and expressive contemporary interpretation of the Gose style.

Appearance. Deep pink to ruby red in color (12-15 SRM); moderate to full haze from fruit and wheat. Features a pink-tinted, moderate head with tight bubbles and fair retention.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh, tart cherries and subtle jammy grape notes. Beneath the fruit lies a light doughy wheat malt presence mixed with floral, citrusy coriander and a very faint, clean lactic sourness. No hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is a sharp, refreshing tartness followed by juicy cherry and sweet grape flavors. A medium-low doughy malt backbone provides structure. Salt is noticeable but well-integrated, enhancing the fruit perception. Bitterness is very low, with lactic acidity providing the primary balance against the malt. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering fruit skin tartness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high, effervescent carbonation. The salt content lends a slightly rounder, mouthwatering texture. No alcohol warmth at 4.6% ABV. Low astringency from the fruit skins.
