Appearance. Pale orange-tinted gold with a SRM of approximately 7. It features a dense, rocky white head with excellent retention and Belgian lacing. The clarity is slightly hazy, reflecting its unfiltered nature and the carrot adjunct.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a blend of spicy black pepper phenols and subtle earthy notes from the carrot. Esters of pear and apple are present, alongside a low floral hop character and a light, grainy malt background.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and earthy. The flavor follows the aroma with a balance of peppery yeast and a delicate, vegetable-sweetness from the carrot. Hop flavor is low and floral, while bitterness is moderate and clean. The malt provides a soft, grainy texture. It finishes very dry with a lingering spicy and earthy aftertaste.
