The profile is defined by an assertive, freshly harvested strawberry character derived from natural strawberry puree, which delivers both fresh fruit notes and a candied sweetness. This is elegantly balanced by the mature, citric brightness of yuzu, adding a sophisticated aromatic layer. Underlying hints of watermelon and bubble gum emerge alongside the tart, wild apple character of the base cider. It finishes remarkably dry and crisp, offering a refreshing and refined interpretation of a fruited Spanish cider.
Appearance. Intense rosy pink and brilliant clarity; light, fast-fading effervescent head with no significant lacing.
