Aroma. Moderate-high intensity of milk chocolate and sweetened coffee. A prominent lactose-driven creaminess blends with low fruity esters reminiscent of dates and dark fruit. Hop aroma is negligible to absent.
Taste. Initial sweetness gives way to rich flavors of cocoa and espresso. The roasted malt character is mild and smooth, avoiding acridity. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the high residual sweetness from lactose. The finish is sweet, creamy, and long-lasting.
