The combination of Ekuanot, Centennial, HBC 638, and Mosaic hops interacts with specialized "Psychodelic Pineapple" yeast to produce an intense profile of succulent pineapple and bright citrus. While the foundation remains a drinkable, sessionable ale, the specific yeast strain amplifies the fruit esters to a juicy peak. Appearance. Pale golden (6 SRM). Distinctly hazy with a thick, persistent white head and moderate lacing.
