The bready, grainy foundation of unmalted wheat provides a soft, honeyed sweetness that supports the bold spice profile. Effervescent and creamy, it finishes crisp and dry, leaving a lingering peppery warmth that distinguishes this stronger version from its traditional peers while maintaining a refreshing, hazy elegance.
Appearance. Pale yellow and characteristically cloudy with a milky, starch-driven haze. Topped by a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Distinctive perfumy-lemony coriander leads, followed by a complex citrus blend of zesty orange, grapefruit, and sharp lemon. Light grainy-sweet wheat malt provides a bready backdrop with faint honey notes, complemented by a subtle peppery hint from Grains of Paradise.
Taste. Initial bready, grainy wheat flavors evolve into a burst of zesty citrus, specifically grapefruit and orange.
