Appearance. Deep golden color (approx. 8 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, white, creamy head that exhibits good persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring pungent resin, black pepper, and spicy notes from Columbus, layered with bright lemon zest and a unique herbal mintiness from Lemondrop hops. Low, clean, cracker-like maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with high bitterness. Flavors of citrus peel and fresh garden mint are prominent, supported by a background of resinous pine and dried herbs.
