MadCat Do Brasil is an exuberant Wild Specialty Beer designed as a refreshing festival pour. It leads with an intense sensory profile defined by a massive tropical infusion of mango, passion fruit, pineapple, orange, and blood orange. The aroma is a lush tapestry of these sun-ripened fruits, underscored by a clean, tangy lactic acidity from the wild fermentation. On the palate, the sharp acidity provides a crisp structure for the layers of fleshy fruit flavors, with the blood orange contributing a zesty, slightly pithy complexity to the finish. Effervescent and bright, it successfully balances wild fermentation character with high-impact fruit intensity.

Appearance. Hazy, opaque orange-gold (SRM 6-8) with a fine, fast-fading white head and minimal lacing, common in high-acid fruit beers.

Aroma. High intensity fruit aromatics featuring dominant mango and tart passion fruit, followed by sweet pineapple and bright citrus notes from orange and blood orange. Low lactic sourness is present; malt and hops are not perceptible.
