This American Pale Ale serves as a vibrant showcase for the Talus hop variety, delivering a complex sensory experience that bridges classic and modern profiles. The aroma and palate are defined by a medley of sun-ripened stone fruit and bright citrus, underscored by the hop's signature tropical character that evokes creamy pina colada and coconut vibes. Built upon a lean, supportive malt base of neutral grain and soft bread, the beer maintains a focused hop forwardness. It strikes a fine balance between its intense fruit-forward esters and a clean, refreshing bitterness, resulting in a drinkable yet multifaceted modern pale ale.

Appearance. Pours a pale golden color (6 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. It is crowned by a moderately large, frothy white head that shows good retention and leaves consistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pink grapefruit, peach, and distinctive tropical notes of coconut and pineapple. A very low, neutral grainy malt character supports the hop-driven bouquet without the presence of caramel or toast.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impressions of citrus peel and stone fruit transition into a unique mid-palate of coconut and light resin. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing a clean platform for the moderate bitterness. The finish is medium-dry and clean with a lingering citrus aftertaste.
