De La P-Nut is an indulgent Sweet Stout that prioritizes a lush, dessert-like profile. On the palate, a decadent interplay of sweet milk chocolate and rich caramel unfolds, bolstered by the unmistakable, savory presence of roasted peanuts. The addition of lactose sugar provides a smooth, velvety texture that integrates the mild roasted grain notes into a profile reminiscent of a liquid peanut butter cup. Appearance. Opaque, deep ebony to jet black (35 SRM). Features a dense, long-lasting, creamy tan head with fine lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with prominent notes of milk chocolate, sweet cream, and a distinct toasted peanut aroma. Undertones of caramel and light coffee roast are present, with no hop aroma and very low fruity esters.
