This Mountain IPA presents a compelling hybrid sensory profile, blending the supple, hazy body of a New England style with the assertive bitterness of a West Coast classic. Single-hopped with Idaho 7, it exudes an intense aromatic bouquet of ripe pineapple, zesty pink grapefruit, and delicate floral blossoms, underscored by a persistent thread of resinous pine. On the palate, the fruit-forward character of the hops dominates, offering layers of tropical mango and citrus before yielding to a firm, clean bitterness. This American IPA finishes dry yet smooth, showcasing a sophisticated balance between modern hop expression and traditional structural intensity.

Appearance. Pale gold to light amber with a soft, inviting haze. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves elegant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma led by Idaho 7, showcasing prominent pineapple, mango, and citrus zest. Complementary notes of pine resin and subtle floral tones are supported by a low, clean, grainy malt background.

Taste. Immediate hop impact featuring tropical fruit and resinous pine. The bitterness is firm and medium-high, balanced by a smooth, medium-low grainy malt profile. Finishes dry and clean with a lingering hoppy and floral aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate, and a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any harshness.
