Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (2-4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a bright white, frothy head that displays moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Low to medium-low intensity. Features a clean, grainy-malty character with a distinct corny-sweet presence. Hop aroma is medium-low, showcasing zesty citrus and light herbal notes from the Zappa hops. Fermentation profile is very clean.
