This American IPA, crafted as a Rice Cold IPA, delivers a strikingly clean and crisp sensory experience. The specific use of Idaho7 and Ahtanum hops creates a layered aromatic profile featuring bright grapefruit, resinous pine, and hints of tropical stone fruit and black tea. The addition of rice provides a lean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hop character to remain the undisputed focal point. It pours with brilliant clarity, leading into a palate defined by firm bitterness and a sharp, bone-dry finish. The fermentation is exceptionally clean, resulting in a modern, refreshing profile that emphasizes hop purity and drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, persistent white head and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of grapefruit, pine resin, and apricot, with subtle floral and black tea undertones. Malt is low and clean with a grainy-sweet character. Fermentation profile is neutral and free of esters.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and hop-forward. High hop flavors of resinous pine, citrus zest, and tropical fruit from the Idaho7 and Ahtanum additions. Low, neutral, grainy maltiness. Medium-high bitterness is firm and clean. Finish is very dry and refreshing with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Medium-high carbonation. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated. No astringency or harshness.
