This vibrant American Pale Ale reinvents the classic style with a whimsical milkshake twist, leaning into a lush and approachable sensory experience. A prominent bouquet of fresh, sun-ripened strawberries leads the charge, harmonizing with bright, citrusy hop notes and a subtle hint of creamy, lactose-driven sweetness. On the palate, the interplay between tart berry fruit and a soft, velvety body creates a smooth foundation, while a firm hop bitterness ensures the finish remains balanced and drinkable. It is a playful, aromatic journey that marries the punchy character of modern craft hops with an indulgent, fruit-forward profile.

Appearance. SRM 6-9; pale golden with a distinct soft ruby or pinkish hue; creamy, off-white to pale-pink head with excellent retention and thick lacing; hazy to opaque appearance due to fruit and lactose additions.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh strawberry and red berry fruit; moderate hop character featuring citrus and tropical notes; low bready maltiness supported by a sweet, cream-like lactose presence; clean fermentation with very low esters.

Taste. Initial impression of sweet strawberry and cream; light bready and doughy malt flavors are quickly overtaken by assertive fruitiness; moderate hop bitterness (approx. 35-40 IBU) provides a necessary counterpoint to the lactose sweetness; finish is balanced and smooth with a lingering berry and citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable creaminess and roundness from the addition of milk sugar; moderate carbonation; very low alcohol warmth; smooth and coating without any hop or fruit astringency.
